原发性纵膈非何杰金氏淋巴瘤65%发病年龄在25岁以下;60%自发病到确诊的时间在2个月以内;100%的病人首发症状为咳嗽、闷气、60%有上腔静脉综合征;71%有颈部淋巴结转移;41%有肝肿大;60%有骨髓侵犯;35%为淋巴母细胞型。
Of the 17 cases of primary mediastinal Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma reported in this paper, 65% of them had their attack seen in patients who were under 25 years of age; 60% had the fact that the duration from the start of the disease to the diagnosis was 2 months; 100% had such initial symptoms as cough and sultriness; 60% had syndrome of the vena cava superior; 71% had cervical metastasis of the lymph nodes; 41% had hepatomegaly; 60% had bone marrow invasion; and 35% were of the lymphotoblast typs.
