摘要
在独山子石油化工公司加工哈萨克斯坦原油过程中 ,脱硫问题较为突出。在不同的哈萨克斯坦原油掺炼率条件下 ,对该厂生产的轻组分油 (如汽油、喷气燃料、柴油等 )进行了催化碱洗脱硫和加氢催化精制脱硫等试验 ,据试验结果在生产中实践指导验证 ,工业生产与实验室结果有所不同 ,据此对利用现有加工工艺手段解决产品硫含量升高带来的问题进行了讨论。
Catalytic caustic washing desulfurizing and hydrocatalytic refining for light oil products(gasoline,diesel etc.)from mixed crude were carried out under different blending ratios of Kazakhstan crude.The results of commercial production were different from those of laboratory's.Methods solving problems of sulfur content raising in products were discussed.
