摘要
洛阳石油化工总厂常减压蒸馏装置原设计加工中原原油 5 .0Mt/a ,开工后根据实际情况采用了单开常压蒸馏的工艺 ,常压渣油走减压渣油流程 ,致使处理量只能达到 4.0Mt/a。为了扩大处理量 ,改造了换热流程、初馏塔塔板、常压塔塔板和加热炉 ,消除了瓶颈 ,改造后处理量提高到了 5 .0Mt/a。
The atmospheric vacuum distillation unit in Luoyang General Petrochemical Works was designed for processing 5000000 t/yr Zhongyuan crude.According to practical conditions,the atmospheric distillation unit was runned alone and the processing capacity only reached 4000000 t/yr since start-up.In order to expand the processing capacity,the heat exchanger network,trays of fractionator,trays of atmospheric distillation tower and the heater were revamped.Thus the processing capacity of the unit enhanced to 5000000 t/yr.
