摘要
依据国内各炼油企业催化裂化装置烟气轮机进出口管道膨胀节失效破坏的现状及其工作环境特点 ,对烟气轮机进出口管道膨胀节的选型和力学分析作了较全面的阐述。在烟气轮机进口管道上 ,应选用平面三铰链式膨胀节进行热补偿 ,用于吸收较大的纵、横两向的热位移 ,且无盲板力 ,膨胀节的变形反力较小 ,确保进口管道的苛刻受力要求和安全运行。在烟气轮机出口管道上 ,应选用自由型膨胀节加恒力弹簧吊的形式 (或选用压力平衡型膨胀节 ,但费用高 ) ,用于吸收出口的纵向位移 ,确保安全运行 ,同时还可以降低主风机厂房的高度 ,减少施工安装费用。依据对烟气轮机管道膨胀节的选型和力学分析 ,格尔木炼油厂和洛阳石油化工总厂等的烟气轮机管道均运行良好 ,获得了满意的使用效果和经济效益。
Type selection and mechanic analysis of bellows expansion joints at inlet and outlet tubes of FCC flue gas expander in domestic refineries were discussed comprehensively from the status quo of their failure and working ambient.At the inlet tube,a plane tri-hinged bellows expansion joint with little deformation stress and without stress at blind flange,should be selected to make heat compensation,to mitigate greater vertical and horizontal hot displacements,meeting severe requirements of stressing and safety.At the outlet tube,a free bellows expansion joint plus spring hanger should be selected to mitigate the vertical displacement,to guarantee safety and to decrease the height of the main air blower workshop.Satisfactory results and good economic benefits were obtained in Ge'ermu Refinery and Luoyang General Petrochemical Works.
