摘要 多相泵与混输管道有其各自的性能曲线。针对使用MPC208—76型双螺杆多相泵在10km的管道上对油气混合流体进行增压输送的情况,研究并分析了不同管径、不同含气率以及不同流体粘度条件下,混输管道性能曲线与多相泵性能的组合特性。研究结果表明,管径、含气率以及流体粘度对管泵系统的流量影响不大,而对压力降则有显著影响。 Multiphase pump and multiphase pipeline have their own performance curves,respectively. A two-screw multiphase pump conveys the mixture of oil and gas in a multiphase pipeline with ten kilometers long. The performance characteristics of this boosting transportation system were investigated under different pipe diameters,different gas fractions and different fluid viscosities. The results have shown that diameter, gas fraction and fluid viscosity have slight impact on flow rate of this boosting system,but have remarkable influence on pressure drop of this system.
