关于我国石油化工等行业联合改组的思考

THE THOUGHT ABOUT THE UNION AND RESTRUCTURE OF PETROCHEMICAL INDUSTRIES IN OUR COUNTRY

由于长期受计划经济的束缚，我国的石油化工等行业存在着条块分割、政企不分和粗放型经营等问题，以至大多数企业在国际市场上的竟争力不强。在当前世界上，石化工业正进行着第三次结构重组，我国的企业应抓住这一时机，尽快打破条块分割的旧体制，走联合发展的道路，实行行业的战略性改组，以增强企业参与国际市场的竟争能力。

Petrochemical industries in our country, restrained by the planned economy for a long period, have existed problems such as barriers between different departments and regions, integration of government administration with enterprise and extensive management. Thus, the most of our enterprises have poor competitiveness in the international market. But, petrochemical industries are undergoing the third restructure in the world today. Enterprises in our country should seize this opportunity to break the old system of barriers between different departments and regions as soon as possible, go the way of union and co-development and carry out strategic restructures of industries in order to strengthen competitive power in the international market.
