摘要
为探索诊断性超声波对人体细胞遗传的致突变影响,本实验选用健康成人29名,每人取血10ml,分为1份对照组,9份实验组,超声波照射5分钟,频率为3、5、7.5兆赫,强度为1m W/cm^2,10^(-4)mW/cm^2,10^(-7)m W/cm^2,经体外培养,观察淋巴细胞染色体畸变率(CA)姐妹染色单体交换率(SCE)。实验结果经统计学处理表明,各实验组与对照组均无显著性差异。
In order to explore the effects of diagnostic ultrasound on human cytogenetics,a study was carried out on 29 healthy adults.By way of the method of cell culture in vitro,we collected 10ml of peripheral blood from each of the adults that was divided into 10 groups. Group 1 was taken as control group,group 2 to 10 as experimental ones that were exposed to diagnostic levels of ultrasound(frequency was 3,5,7.5 megahertz respectively,intensity was 1mW/cm^2,10^(-4)mW/cm^2,10^(-7)mW/cm^2,respectively)for 5 minuts.We also observed chro- momal aberration and sister chromatid exchanges of lymphocytes.The results showed that the control group and the experimental groups were not significantly different.
