摘要
为了用中东原油生产润滑油基础油 ,使用相同的添加剂配方 ,将经传统工艺制得的伊朗减四线和大庆减四线基础油按照不同的质量比例调制成 40CC级柴油机油油样 ,分别进行理化性质测定、曲轴箱模拟试验、内燃机油氧化安定性试验和抗磨损试验。初步研究结果表明 ,伊朗减四线质量分数大于 75 %时调合的基础油可以用来生产CC级柴油机油 ;以伊朗油为主的油样 ,抗泡性、氧化安定性、高温清净性较以大庆油为主的油样好 ,两者的抗磨损性能相当 。
The lube base oil prepared by blending Iranian 4th vacuum cut and Daqing 4th vacuum cut succeeded with conventional treating processes was used for 40CC grade diesel engine oil production. The physical chemical properties of the diesel engine oil samples obtained from various blending ratios with same additive formulation were proceeded the crankcase simulation, oxidation stability and wear tests. The test results showed that the base oil prepared from more than 75m% Iranian 4th cut can meet the requirement of CC grade diesel engine oil.
