摘要
本文应用流式细胞光度术(F C M)研究了从食管癌高发区粮食中分离的互隔交链(?)霉提取物对人羊膜 F L 细胞周期的影响。实验结果表明:提取物对指数生长的 F L 细胞的生长育抑制作用并有剂效关系。它能使细胞从 S→G_2的进行受阻,因而 S 期细胞在细胞周期中出现堆积。对细胞的有丝分裂也有一定干扰作用、但不能阻断细胞周期的进行。提取物处理后的细胞,DNA 含量大于4C 的细胞明显增多。这些高倍体细胞多数为非整倍体细胞。
The flow cytometry (FCM) technique was used to determine the effect of the extract of Alternaria alternata separated from the crops in Linxian county on the cytokinetic chan ges of human amnion cell line FL in vitro. Experiments showed that the growth of FL cells was inhibited by the extract and the inhibition was correlated with concentrations of the extract.The extract could interfere with the cell cycle of FL cells in S phase increased while the cells in G1 phase decreased,which indicated to have a blockage in late S Phase and induce an enrichment of cells in S phase.The interference effect on mi- tosis of the cells by the extract,which can't inhibit the cell cycle,was found in the exp- eriment.The result also showed that the cells in which DNA content was more than 4C increased and acted as aneuploid.
