结外淋巴瘤44例内科临床分析

CLinical Analysis of 44 Cases of Extranodal Lymphoma

本文总结了44例结外淋巴瘤的临床特点,检出率为6.7％,其中原发于胃肠道者占结外淋巴瘤的43.2％;男女之比1.9:1;21～50岁之间占57％;中度恶性最多,占47.7％,低度恶性占27.3％,高度恶性占20.5％,不能分类者占4.5％,作者对影响疗效的各种因素也作了分析。

Features of 44 cases of extranodal lymphoma having a detection rate of 6.7％ are sum med up in this paper. Of the 44 cases, 43.2％ had their primary affection happening in the gastroenteric tract. In sex, the ratio was 1.9 males: 1 female. In age, 57％ of the patients were aged between 21～50. In degree of the malignancy the vast majority of the 44 cases had a moderate malignancy (47.7％); low-degree virulence was seen in 27.3％ of them: 20.5％ of the cases had the most serious malignancy; those that could not be classified accounted for 4.5％.
