“企业法人财产权”是一种有所有权之实而假经营权之名的折衷性权利，是企业经营权与法人所有权的妥协产物，具有过渡性，它必然为法人所有权所取代，但法人所有权不过是中介性而非终极性的所有权，对它应有一个恰当的定位和评价。

Abstract Property right of corporation' is a right of eclecticism. It actually means ownership althe core while maintaining the form of managerial authority, a compromise of manageria;right and corporation ownership. and will ultimately be replaced by corporation ownership.However, since corporation ownership is but an intermediary right instead of a final one, itshould be given proper orientation and appraisal.
