摘要
平面电阻技术采用常规的印制板减成法生产工艺 ,将电阻集成于多层印制板内。本文对该技术 ,尤其是在高速信号传输中的性能进行评价 。
Planar resistor technology utilizes standard substractive processing to create integral resistors which are incorporated on the internal planes of multilayer PCBs.This paper reviews the technology especially its performance in high speed signal transfer,and compares it with other resistors.
