摘要
宾馆视频点播系统的内置接入盒是客户与服务中心打交道的代理人。虽然各种电视机硬件设计一致，但交互程序不统一。交互程序采用模块化设计，以遥控器型号为HYF-3L26（遥控编码芯片9012）的西湖21"彩色电视机为范例。
The inner connective box of hotel's VOD system is an agent to help people talk with the service center. It is same in designing the hardware, but different in designing the software. The interface program is composed with many small models. An example of 21' West-lake TV whose remoter is HYF-3L26(the remote-controller chip is 9012) is described in this paper.
