桑葛合剂对兔脑循环及脑代谢的影响

Effect of Sangge Mixture on Cerebral Circulation and Metabolism in Rabbits

观察了桑葛合剂对兔脑循环及脑代谢的影响。结果表明 ,桑葛合剂可以明显增加兔脑及大脑皮层的血流量 ,且呈剂量依赖性 ,但对股动脉血流量则无明显影响 ;同时显著提高兔脑耗氧量和葡萄糖摄取量。提示桑葛合剂可以明显改善脑循环和脑代谢 ,且具有一定的选择性。

The effect of Sangge Mixture (SM) on cerebral circulation and metabolism in rabbits was observed.The results showed that SM increased the blood flow of brain and cerebral cortex in a dose-dependent manner and had no effect on the blood flow of femoral arteries. Meanwhile, SM markedly increase the oxygen consumption and glucose intake in rabbit brain. It is suggested that SM can improve cerebral circulation, with a certain degree of selectivity.
