空气净化改善吸烟者肺换气功能的资料与分析

ANALYSIS AND DATA OF SMOKER’S LUNG FUNCTION AFTER AIR CLEANING

目的 :探讨对吸烟者行空气净化后动脉血氧分压、二氧化碳分压的变化。方法 :对 2 9名吸烟者所处疗养室进行每日 2 4h空气净化 ,每隔 1个月抽取动脉血检测氧分压、二氧化碳分压、pH值、氧饱和度。结果 :空气净化 1个月后 ,氧分压、二氧化碳分压、氧饱和度即有明显改善 ,有效率分别为 93.1% ,82 .7% ,79.9% ;pH值无明显变化。结论 :进行空气净化对吸烟者的氧分压。

Objective:To discuss the effects of smokers artery oxygen pressure (PaO 2) and carbon dioxide pressure (PaCO 2) after air cleaning.Methods:To clean the air of twenty-nine smokers ward for every 24h one-day.To measure the PaCO 2、PaO 2、pH and SaO 2.Results:PaO 2、PaCO 2、pH and SaO 2 are improved significant after one month air-cleaning.The respone rate were 93.1%,82.7%,79.9% in separately. No significant change was observed in pH.Conclusions:Air-cleaning is benefit to the smokers.It can improve the PaO 2 and PaCO 2.
