摘要 目的 :探讨Peutz-Jeghers综合征的临床特点及其治疗方法。方法 :回顾分析手术治疗Peutz -Jeghers综合征 2 3例。结果 :全组病人 2 3例 ,均有黑色素斑及多发肠道息肉。行选择性肠段切除 +肠壁切开息肉切除19例 ,单纯肠管切开息肉切除 2例 ,经肛门行直肠出血息肉切除 1例。术后 2 2例病理证实为错构瘤性息肉 ,复发小息肉经肠镜电灼烧 7例 ,复发肠套叠二次手术者 8例 ,仍有间歇腹痛者 5例。结论 :Peutz -Jeghers综合征息肉为错构瘤性息肉 ,极少恶变。行选择性肠段切除 +肠壁切开息肉切除 ,是目前Peutz
