Surgical Treatment of Aneurysms of the Sinus of valsalva

本文报告３２例主动脉窦瘤的手术治疗。窦瘤发生及破入心腔部位不同，手术方法不尽相同。１例左冠窦窦瘤破入左房属罕见类型。本文着重探讨窦瘤破裂并发感染性心内膜炎（ＩＥ）用的手术方法。作者认为瓣叶损害轻或右心ＩＥ行瓣膜修复术优于人互瓣膜置换术。１例并发ＩＥ，施行ＡＶＲ后又发生人互心瓣膜ＩＥ患者猝死。

case of the sinus of Valsalva(ASV)were surgically treated in our hospital,Most of these patients,the aneurysms originated from the right aortic sinus rupture into the right ventricle.Left ASV ruptured into the left atrium is a rare type.One case of this kind in our group was treated successfully.According to the different types of ASV,authors used different surgical methods.Infective endocarditis(IE)is uncommon.The choice of surgical method is the key points to improve the results in these highrisk patients.Different operations including valvuloplasty,valvectomy or valve replace ment were done in 4 cases with IE in this group,One patient died of cardiac arrest on the twenty-fourth postoperative days because of prosthetic valve endocarditis developed after AVR.
