对食管癌、贲门癌吻合口瘘治疗的探讨（附31例报告）

Treatment of Anastomotic after Esophagastrostomy for Esophageal and Cardiac Carcinoma:A Report of 31 Cases

本文总结３１例食管癌、贲门癌术后吻合口瘘不同的处理方法，指出颈部吻合口瘘早期伤口切开，肌层再次缝合；胸内吻合口瘘，早期根据吻合口瘘的大小修补或重建；晚期根据情况引流、冲洗；贲门癌切除，腹腔内食管、胃吻合口瘘，可预防性置管，均可使吻合口瘘的治愈率大为提高。

Different treatments of the anastomotic leakage after esophagogastrostomy in 31 cases with esophageal and cardiac carcinoma are presented. The authors clain that anastomotic leak in the neck should be incised ealrlier and muscles should be reset again in the early period, and that a leake into the theracic cavity in the early stage should be repaired, or the anastomosis be reconstructed according to sizes of the anastomotic leakage, or drainaged and irrigated in late stage. in the peritoneal cavity, Cigarette drains should be set to prevent anastomotic leakage of post-esophagogastrostomy. All of these can prevent postoperative leakage effectively.
