Effect of Fructose-1, 6-Diphosphate on the Myocardium High-energy phosphate Compounds in Patients with Cardiac Valve Rcplacement

本文观察了２０例心脏换瓣手术病人心肌缺血过程中，ＦＤＰ对心肌高能磷酸复合物（ＡＴＰ、ＣＰ）含量变化的影响。结果表明：心肌缺血时，ＦＤＰ可部分保存高能磷酸复合物，从而改善缺血心肌细胞能量代谢。

The authors investigated the effect of exogenous fructose-1, 6 -diphosphate (FDP) onmyocardial ATP and CP in 20 patients with prosthetic heart valve replacement during myocadium ischemia. The results show that FDP could in part store highenergy phosphate compounds, so that to ameliorate ischemia myocardium cell energy metabolism.
