摘要
从瑞香狼毒的根茎中分离得到 4个化合物。通过1H NMR ,13C NMR及EI MS ,ESI MS的数据分析 ,分别鉴定为 1 ,5 二苯基 1 戊酮 (Ⅰ )、1 ,5 二苯基 2 烯 1 戊酮 (Ⅱ )、对羟基桂皮酸正二十二酯 (Ⅲ )、咖啡酸正二十酯 (Ⅳ )。其中化合物Ⅰ和Ⅱ为新天然产物 。
Four compounds were isolated from the rhizoma of Stellera chamaejasme L.These compounds were determined as 1,5 diphenyl 1 pentanone (Ⅰ),1,5 diphenyl 2 penten 1 one (Ⅱ), p coumaric acid n eicosanyl ester (Ⅲ) and caffeic acid n dueicosanyl ester (Ⅳ) by 1H NMR, 13 C NMR,EI MS and ESI MS analysis.Compound Ⅰ and Ⅱ were new natural products.Compound Ⅲ and Ⅳ were first isolated from the thymelaeaceae family.
