溴甲烷对小鼠非特异性抵抗力和免疫功能的影响

摘要 实验观察澳甲烷(CH_3Br)染毒小鼠非特异性抵抗力和免疫功能变化,实验小鼠分别用CH_3Br(385±23mg/m^3、770±32mg/m^3)染毒2h,3天后复染1次,染毒后1周分别测定非特异性抵抗力和免疫功能改变。染毒小鼠耐疲劳性,常压耐缺氧、耐高温能力和血中胶体炭粒清除速度与对照组比较均明显下降。CH_3Br有降低小鼠非特异性抵抗力和网状内皮系统吞噬功能的作用。 The nonspecificresistance and immunology function changes of the mice exposed to CH3Br were studied. The mice were exposed to CH3Br(385?3mg/m3,770?2mg/m3)twice at o,3 days for 2 hours. A week later, the nonspecific resistance and immunologic function of the mice were tested- Compared with the control group,the fatigue tolerance,hypoxia tolerance under normal pressure,high temperature resistance and the speed of clearance of blood colloid particle of the experimental mice decreased apparently. The CH3Br has an effect on decreasing the mice's nonspecific resistance and the phagocytic function of the reticuloen-dethelial system.
