仙人掌水煎液拮抗重铬酸钾诱发小鼠骨髓微核的研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用小鼠骨髓细胞微核实验研究仙人掌水煎液对重铬酸钾(K_2Cr_2O_7)诱发骨髓噬多染红细胞微核(PCEMN)的影响。结果表明:K_3Cr_2O_7可诱发小鼠骨髓PCEMN的显著增加(“=7.62,P<0.01),经口灌胃给予仙人事水煎液和K_2Cr_2O_7,可使微核抑制事(MNF)呈剂量依赖性下降,其中以中、高村量组MNF下降显著(n=5.16和6.48,P<0`01)。研究结果提示,仙人掌水煎液对K_2Cr_2O_7导致的染色体损伤具有保护作用(抗突变作用),为进一步研究仙人掌水煎液在肿瘤的预防和治疗上的作用提供了依据。 Ami-mutagenesis of DC was studied by means of bone marrow PCE micronucleus test in mice with K2Cr2O7 as the inducer. The result showed that K2Cr2O7 could induce and promote the formation of micronucleus obviously (H =7.62 P<0.01),but DC,ig.could decrease the formation induced by it. To a certain degree, moreover.high and medium dose of DC showed obvious inhibitory effect (u = 5. 18 and 6. 48.p<0. 01). From the data as above,it could be concluded that DC could inhibit the damage to chromosome by K2CrzO7,and the conclusion might provide experimental data for deeper study on the therapy and prevention effect of DC on the tumor.
