摘要 应用放射性核素骨显像了解新兵军事训练中骨损伤情况。方法 随机抽取某武警部队集中军事训练 1 2周新兵和 1a兵龄战士各 3 5人 ,用99Tcm-MDP对其行全身骨显像以及相应病变部位X线摄片。结果 新兵组 3 5人中 3 2人存在骨损伤 ,总病变数 1 2 1个 ,其中轻度病变 93个 ,中度病变 2 8个。 1 0 7%病灶位于股骨 ,3 3 7%的病灶位于胫骨 ,52 9%的病变位于足部骨。 1a兵龄组中仅 9人 1 8处轻度损伤。 2 8个中度病变中仅 3个病变X线摄片上有骨膜反应 ,轻并病变X线摄片均正常。结论 新兵军事训练中骨损伤普遍存在 ,大多为轻度损伤 ,尤以下肢多见。损伤与下肢持续性力量训练过量有关。99Tcm-MDP骨显像可早期敏感地对骨损伤灶准确定位。 Objective To evaluate bone injuries in recruits during military fraining.Methods Thirfty-tive recruits after 12 week's military fraining and 35 soldiers after one year of active service were examined by 99 Tc m-MDP bone imaging and conventional radiograplty.Results Of 35 recruits 32 had 121 bone lesions,of which 93 were mild and 28 moderate 10.7%、33.7% and 52.9% of the lesions were located in femora,fibulae and foot bone,respectively.But only 9 soldiers atter one fear of service had 18 mild bone lesions of 28 moderate injuries only 3 showed periosfeal reaction on radiograms.Conclusions Bone injuries are often found in recruits.Most of themare mild and located in lower extremity.The lesions are related to persist ent stress on lower extremity. 99 Tc m-MDP bone imaging is a sensitive and accurate method for early diagnosis of bone injuries in military recruits.
