海南霉素产生菌的诱变育种和发酵条件的研究

Studies on the mutation and fermentation of Hainanmycin producing strain

为提高海南霉素产量，分别对其产生菌进行氮离子束注入、原生质体再生等处理，获得高产菌株２－７、Ｙ８１。对菌株Ｙ８１进行了碳、氮源考察，并采用均匀设计方法对培养基进行优化，最终摇瓶效价达到３０００ｍｇ／Ｌ以上。

High producing mutants 2 7 and Y81 of hainanmycin were obtained by ion beam implantation or protoplast regeneration. Nitrogen and carbon source were studied for productivity of strain Y81. The uniform design method was adopted between titer and four components of fermentation medium to select the optimum condition. For strain Y81, the optimal titer in shaker of fermentation was over 3000 mg/L.
