Detection of extended spectrum β lactamases in Gram negative bacilli with Etest

用ＥｔｅｓｔＥＳＢＬ试条测定２００株革兰阴性杆菌产超广谱β－内酰胺酶（ＥＳＢＬ），发现１８％大肠埃希菌，１９％肺炎克雷伯菌，１５％不动杆菌，１６％阴沟肠杆菌和１８％枸橼酸杆菌ＥＳＢＬ阳性，总检出率为１５％。此外，ＥｔｅｓｔＥＳＢＬ试盒可将上述检出率提高至少２．５％。

Gram negative bacilli isolated in this lab in a year range were tested with Etest for ESBL production. 18% E.coli, 19% K. pneumonia, 15% Acinetobacter sp, 16% E. cloacae and 18% Citrobacter sp. were found ESBL positive by ESBL screen method, the total detection rate was 15%. With ESBL research kit, at least 2 5% more ESBL were detected besides the above and it was showed that aztreonam was the best substrate indicatior for the ESBL strains isolated in this hospital.
