摘要
本文叙述了用玻璃纤维滤纸在SM-302吸烟机上采集主流烟中的总粒相物,用20ml异丙醇-茴香脑(5000:1V/V)溶剂于样品中超声提取样品中的尼古丁(nicotine,nic),并在气相色谱仪上用氢火焰离子检测器(FID)测定总粒相物中尼古丁的方法,检测限为0.1mg/支,检测范围为0.1-10.6mg/支,回收率为98.78%,SD为0.021,CV为1.68,本文还介绍了内标物的选择和应用,此法为98.78%,SD为0.021,CV为1.68,本文还介绍了内标物的选择和应用,此法准确,快速,安全,为卷烟尼古丁分析提供了一种新的测试手段。
In this paper, we use Flame Ionization Detector to test the content of nicotine in the particulate matter of cigarette smoke, and we discuss the selection of internal standard substance emphatically. This method has such characteristics as have high sensibility(0. 1 mg/cigarette) and accuracy,finish in a very short time and have a high recovery( 98.78%). It provides a new and fast testing means for the analysis of nicotine in cigarettes.
