利培酮治疗双相情感性精神障碍躁狂发作 被引量：10

摘要 1 理由和背景 1.1 不论国内还是国外,一般都是采用情感稳定剂加抗精神病药物作为治疗方案,这样既可以比较快速地控制躁狂,同时还有预防复发、防止转相的作用.这种约定俗成的方法为在情感性疾病中为使用利培酮这种非典型抗精神病药物提供了基础[1].
