多导睡眠图在精神科的应用 被引量：9

摘要 1 多导睡眠图 多导睡眠图(Polysomnogram,PSG)又称睡眠脑电图.现行正规PSG监测除脑电图外,应包括心电图、肌电图、眼动图、胸式和腹式呼吸张力图、鼻及口通气量、体位体动、血氧饱和度以及阴茎海绵体肌容积等10余个通道的生理信号.这里需要说明的是,仪器设备上有二种方法可供选择.既有使用动态脑电图(AEEG)仪器作PSG监测,更多使用PSG仪及其睡眠软件作睡眠测定.主要用于睡眠和梦境研究以及抑郁症和睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的诊断[8].
