彩色多普勒能量图与血流显像在诊断肝小血管瘤中的对比研究

Comparative Study of Color Doppler Energy with Color Doppler Flow Imaging in Diagnosis of Small Hepatic Hemangioma

目的 为对比研究彩色多普勒能量图与彩色多普勒血流显像在诊断肝脏小血管瘤中的作用。方法 用彩色多普勒能量图 ,彩色多普勒血流显像结合脉冲多普勒观察 37例 (45个病灶 )肝小血管瘤的血流情况。结果 彩色多普勒能量图对病灶的血流显示率及深吸气后病灶内血流检出率均高于彩色多普勒血流显像。结论 彩色多普勒能量图是较彩色多普勒血流显像更为敏感的显示模式 ,对于肝小血管瘤的诊断和鉴别诊断有重要意义。

Objective To comparative study of color doppler energy(CDE) with color doppler flow imaging (CDFI) in diagnosis of small hepatic hemangioma. Methods Blood flow characteristics of 45 small hepatic hemangioms in 37 patients were studied by CDE, CDFI and pulsed wave Doppler(PW). Results CDE had a higher positive rates of intrahemangioma blood flow than CDFI. CDE had a more higher positive rates than CDFI after deepbreath. Conclusion CDE is superior to CDFI in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of small hepatic hemangioma. [
