摘要
目的 比较超声、MRI及临床稳定性试验三种方法检测膝关节前交叉韧带 (ACL)损伤的准确性。方法 分别用超声、核磁共振 (MRI)及临床稳定性试验 (前抽屉试验 ,Lachman试验 ,轴移试验 )三种方法对 2 3例膝外伤患者的膝关节前交叉韧带进行检测 ,比较三者的准确性、敏感性和特异性。结果 三种方法的准确性、敏感性和特异性 :超声为82 .6 %、82 .3%和 83.3% ;MRI为 94.7%、94.4%和 10 0 % ;临床稳定试验为 82 .6 %、82 .3%和 83.3%。三种方法各指标差异并无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 本文认为在临床具体运用中可依照各方法的各自优缺点进行选择。
Objective To evaluate the accuracy and feasibility of ultrasonography, MRI and clinical tests in identification of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury of the knee. Methods 23 patients were studies with high resolution ultrasonography, Magnetic resonance image and clinical tests (including Anterior drawer test,Lachman test and Pivot shift test), their accuracy, sensitivity and specificity were compared. Results The accuracy, sensitivity and specificity for ultrasonography for detecting the ACL injury were 82.6%,82.3%,83.3%; and that for MRI and clinical tests were 94.7%,94.4%,100% and 82.6%,82.3%,83.3%, respectively. No significant difference were found among these three methods ( P >0.05). Conclusion The three methods are the same in detecting the injury of the ACL. [
