本文把动态系统时变参数的辨识问题归结为一类最优化问题．因为问题的解可能有多种结果,所以称之为“非确定问题”.本文介绍了这类问题已有的求解途径,并对非线性问题的解法进行了改进．

In this paper, the identification problem of time varying parameters in dynamical systems is calssified as a kind of optimigation problem. Because there are many approaches in solving this problems , it can be called' infinit problem'. In the paper , We will introduce the known Solving ways of this kind of problem and improve the solving method of non-linear problem.
