摘要
目的 比较不同年级医学生心理健康状况 ,为针对性地开展心理健康教育工作提供基础资料。方法 整群抽样抽取本校临床医学专业 95、96、97、98四个年级共 2 0 4名学生 ,并采用SCL -90量表测试。结果 不同年级学生的心理健康状况存在极其显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;心理问题发生主要在低年级学生 ,以二年级最严重。阳性症状主要表现强迫、人际关系敏感、忧郁、偏执等症状。结论 须针对性地开展心理健康教育 。
Objective To compare the state of mental health in different grade undergraduates and provide basic data for mental health education.Methods A total of 204 students from grade 95,96,97,98 undergraduates by simple randomization were tested with SCL-90.Results There were significant difference of mental health between different grade undergraduates.Psychological problems were main occur in grade 2 of undergraduates.Positive symptom including obsession,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,paranoid.Conclusions It is necessary to education about mental health among undergraduates.
