摘要 目的 用体外检测法比较两种假牙清洁剂清洁义齿的有效性。方法 采用分光光度法和色度测定法分析了上海牙膏厂有限公司提供的两种假牙清洁剂的有效性。结果 色度测定法的Shade(遮色值 )变化比较明显。假牙清洁片组的Shade变化均值是 1.875 ,假牙清洁剂组的Shade变化均值是 0 .5 6 2 5 ,两者具有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。两种假牙清洁剂的光吸收度值多呈一个逐渐上升的趋势。假牙清洁片的光吸收度值高于留兰香假牙清洁液。结论 本研究使用的假牙清洁片的清洁效果优于留兰香假牙清洁剂 ,建议清洁假牙的作用时间为一周以上。本实验建立的体外检测假牙清洁剂清洁义齿效率的方法可行。 Objective To compare the efficacy of two kinds of denture detergent in vitro. Methods The methods of spectrophotography and chromaticity were used to test the efficiency of two kinds of denture detergent. Results The shade values of denture detergent tablet and agent were 1.875 and 0.5625 respectively.There were statisticl significance between them ( P <0.01). The value of absorption spectrum for tablet one was higher than that of agent one. Conclusion In this study, this kind of denture detergent made in tablet is more efficient than the one made in the state of liquid. Both in vitro methods will be useful for testing the efficacy of two denture different detergent.The chromaticity test may be better than spectrophotography test.
