摘要
本文以·投入—活动—产出一效率·四段模式,构建科研机构科技活动媸效综合评价的指标体系,并对综合评价指标体系的结构,给出多元统计的因子分析方法及其应用.
By the 4-stage model of input-activity-output-efficieney, the paper builds up the overall appraisal index system about the achievement and effect of scientific and technologic activities in institutes, and for the strue of overall appraisl index system, it gives the factor analysis method of the multivariant statisics analysis and its practical example.
