摘要
以两根铁基非晶软磁性薄膜条(0.02×1.0×60mm^3)为铁芯绕成差分复绕初级和次级线圈的探头具有良好的磁敏感特性和温度特性.这种非晶软磁性膜探头的次级输出的倍频信号电平与外界磁场具有良好的线性关系,其磁分辩率可达到10^(-10)~10^(-11)T,而且在-40℃~120℃范围内,温度系数为0.05%/℃.试验表明这种探头同多晶软磁性膜探头相比较,具有体积小、稳定性好、耐用和温度特性好的优点.
The detector is made by differntially compaund winding primary coil and sec-ondary coil, which cores are two strips of Fegroup amorphous soft magnetic thin film ( 0.02 x 1.0 x 60mm3). This detector have a better magnetic sensitivity and tempera-ture characteristic.
The output double frequency signal amplitude of the secondary coil have a linear relation with the impressed magnetic field, the resolution is 10-10- 10-11T, the tempera-ture cofficient is 0.05%/℃ between -40℃ - 120℃ .
The tests express that the detector compard to the detector of polycrystal soft mag-netic film,it have superiorities of the smaller size,better durability and temperature characteristic.
