概念化设计在产品设计中占有重要的地位，而在网络信息时代，如何快速、高质量完成客户产品概念设计成为商家抢占商机的关键。文章探讨了新一代基于ＷＥＢ的产品开发知识工程系统的建立机制，提出了一个基于ＷＥＢ的客户驱动产品开发知识工程系统。

Conceptual design plays most important role in product design procedure. But how to quickly generate the consumer-driven product design with high quality under IT environment is the hinge on which enterprise survives. This paper proposes a web-based customer-driven product development knowledge-based engineering system on it.
