锰系磷化应用范围的扩大

摘要 锰系磷化膜因硬度高,膜厚,抗蚀力强等性能,而被广泛地应用于金属表面处理的润滑、防腐和耐磨上。但磷化时间较长,温度高,结晶粗,膜厚,灰多而不适用于涂漆,尤其是电泳涤漆,当加入研制的漆加剂后,可使温度降低,时间缩短,膜减薄,无挂灰,且光滑,生成的膜完全适合作电泳涤漆底层。 The phosphating film with high hardness and corrosion resistance could be obtained on iron and steel parts after the treatment with Mn phosphating solution. But the film crystal turns out rough and the film is thick due to the long phosphating time and high phosphating temperature, which doesn't fit to painting, especially the electf-ophoretir coating, However, the film completely fitted to electrophoretic coating can be obtained with the addition of the additive developed.
