锰系磷化膜因硬度高,膜厚,抗蚀力强等性能,而被广泛地应用于金属表面处理的润滑、防腐和耐磨上。但磷化时间较长,温度高,结晶粗,膜厚,灰多而不适用于涂漆,尤其是电泳涤漆,当加入研制的漆加剂后,可使温度降低,时间缩短,膜减薄,无挂灰,且光滑,生成的膜完全适合作电泳涤漆底层。
