摘要 本文研究的是实际使用的超高压聚乙烯管式反应器。利用40Cr钢作为筒体模拟材料,从理论和实验两方面对自增强处理的实际效果进行了研究。文中推导了自增强处理过程全部应力解析解,通过实验证明了理论计算残余应力公式的准确性。 In this paper, using the 40Cr steel as the simulating material, the practical effect of autofrettage The process is studied from theory and expe-riment in point of the operation conditions of the ultrahigh pressurepolyethylene tubular reactor in the plant. All of the analytical solu-tions for stress analysis were derived and the accuracy of the theore-tical formula for calculating the residual stress was also proved by theexperimental results obtained from the study.
