Application of Sacrificed Positive Pole Protecting Technology in Zhong Yuan Oilfield

中原油田污水矿化度高,腐蚀性强,采用牺牲阳极保护金属容器内壁及其构件,是切实可行的保护措施之一,与涂层保护联合应用,弥补了涂层难以避免的缺陷。文章具体地介绍了牺牲阳极保护系统的设计及安装工艺。

Waste water in Zhongyuan oilfield contains high degree of mineralization and has strong corrosiveness. It is one of the practicable protection measures to use sacrificed positive pole to protect inner wall and components of metal vessel together with application of coating protection. This measure overcomes unavoidable disadvantages by using coating protection only. This article introduces in detail the design and the installation process of sacrificed positive pole protection system.
