摘要 针对加氢裂化装置工艺管线数量大,高温、高压管线集中,规格繁多的特点,阐述了无损探伤应根据管径大小及焊缝所处的位置采用不同的透照方式,以提高拍片合格率。同时对γ射线、超声波探伤、渗透探伤的有关现场操作、防护等问题做了论述。 Pointing to the features of great number, high temperature, high pressure, of the concentrated processing pipeline with various types in the hydrocracking unit, this paper proposes that nodestructive detection should bc carried out with different ways of X-ray test according to the diameter of pipe and position of welding seam in order to raise qualification rate of photogragh, And then it discusses some problems on in-situ operations and protection for γ-ray detecing, ultrasonic wave detecting and osmotic detecting and thus solves the complicated problems about detecting test in engineering.
