摘要
潘庄引黄灌区位于黄河下游左岸德州地区境内,设计引水流量120m^3/s,灌区面积500万亩。依据灌区多年来的观测资料,对总干渠及沉沙池内水沙运行规律及泥沙淤积分布进行了分析之后,强调指出,解决灌渠严重淤积的关键是提高各级沉沙池(尤其是一级池)的拦沙率和增大渠道的挟沙能力。同时,改建渠首拦沙闸、严格按设计流量引水、拎制汛期引黄等措施都有利于减轻渠系的淤积。
Panzhuang Irrigated Area diverting from Huanghe River, is located in Dezhou, on the left bank of the lower Huanghe River. The irrigated area is five million mu, with a design diversion discharge of 120m^3/s. Based on analysing the law of flow and sediment movement and the distribution of deposition in silting basins and the main canal according to the observated data for long-period, the author presented that increasing the controlling ability of silting basins in every gradations and sediment transport ability of canals specially first gradation, are the key of solution of heavy siltation in the irrigation area. Meanwhile, reconstructing sediment control sluices, diverting strictly by design discharge and limiting diversion during flood period etc. are apt to decrease siltion of canals.
