Jini is a new distributed system based on Java. By organizing and coordinating large amount of equipment and software, its working principle and concept have created a new era for distributed calculations. This article introduces the work principle, and basic structure of Jini, and describes the ordinary process of exploitation of the Jini system, also analyzes and compares the functional differences between the Jini system and traditional distributed system.
