Considerations on Talent Design of The New Century Higher Education

人才设计不仅关系到人才培养的质量、数量和成本 ,而且还关系到高校自身的的生存和发展 ,更与国家的发展联系密切。因此 ,在高校的教学改革中 ,我们理应正视人才设计工作 ,并组织力量对其进行系统研究 。

The talent design not only concerns the quality and quantity of the talented people, but also concerns the cost of fostering them. Besides, it is vital to the existence and development of the university, and most importantly, it is closely related with the development of the country. Therefore, in the course of teaching reform of the university, we should pay attention to talent design and should study it systematically, so as to meet the needs of social development and international competition.
