Establishing a Flexible Humanistic College Educational System

随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立和完善 ,我国现行的大学教育制度与社会需求的矛盾已日见突现。本文抨击了现行的“刚硬性”教育体制的弊端 ,提出了以人为本“柔软性”教育体制的概念 。

With the establishment and perfection of our socialist market economy, the conflicts befween the present educational system and the social demands are more and more serious. This essay points out the defects of the inflexible present educational system. It also puts forward the concept of a flexible humanistic college educational system, and discusses the essential aspects of it.
