谈按劳分配与按生产要素分配相结合的几点认识

On the Combination of the Distribution According to Work and the Distribution According to Factors of Production

从党的十五大提出：“以按劳分配为主体，多种分 配方式并存”、“按劳分配与按生产要素相结合”这一新的分 配理论，标志我国在分配制度上的改革取得了重大进展。但 在如何正确实施按劳分配与按生产要素分配相结合，如何正确 对待新的分配制度所带来的收入差距相对加大问题的认识上 仍存在分歧。本文试就这一问题谈几点认识。

At the fifteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China ,A new theory of distribution has been put forward that the distribution accordi ng to work is regarded as main body with diverse distribution methods coexisting ,and the combination of the distribution according to work and the distribution according to factors of production.But the correct implementation of the new dis tribution and the atitude towards expanding income gap have brought about some d ifferent opinions.
