根据涂料工业的“四E”原则(经济、效率、生态和能源),对各类静电喷涂设备进行了比较。又从电学、化学及力学的角度分析、探讨了静电喷涂原理及其影响因素,并从实践中总结出了不同类型涂料的工艺参数。

Comparisons were made on various kinds of equipments for electrostatic painting according to the 'FOUR E' principle of coating industry, namely economy, efficiency, ecology and energy. This paper approaches the electrostatic painting principle and affecting factors from electrifity, chemistry and mechanics and also sums up the process parameters of various types of coatings.
