摘要
目的 :研究三角纤维软骨复合体 (TFCC)的形态结构特点 ,为临床和进一步的生物力学研究提供解剖学基础。方法 :在 2 3侧成人尸体上肢标本上对三角纤维软骨复合体的诸结构进行解剖观测。用游标卡尺测量韧带的长度、宽度和厚度及腕关节盘的桡侧缘、掌侧缘及背侧缘的长度和厚度。结果 :TFCC的成份有腕关节盘 ,关节盘同系物 ,桡尺远侧掌、背侧韧带 ,尺侧腕伸肌腱鞘 ,尺侧囊 ,尺三角韧带 ,桡尺三角韧带及尺月韧带等。关节盘同系物和茎突前隐窝有三个类型即窄开口型、宽开口型和闭口型。结论 :TFCC是一复合组织结构 ,是维持桡尺远侧关节稳定性的重要结构。
Objective:To provide detail anatomical information of the triangular fibrocartilage complex(TFCC) and anatomical foundation for clinical application and future biomechanical experiments.Methods:The anatomical structures of TFCC were observed by gross dissect on 23 upper limb specimens of adult human cadavers.The length,width and thickness of the ligamentous structures of the TFCC were measured with vernier caliper,and each marginal length and thickness of articular disc of the wrist were investigated too.Results:The TFCC consisted of the articular disc,the meniscus homologue,the palmar and dorsal distal ligaments,the sheath of the extensor carpi ulnaris,the ulnar capsule,ulnotriquetral ligament,the radioulnar triquetral ligament and ulnolunate ligament.The anatomic dissections revealed that the configuration of the meniscus homologue and the prestyloid recess varied in 1 of 3 ways:the narrow opening type in 74% of specimens,the wide opening type in 13%,and the no opening type in 13%.Conclusion:The TFCC is a complex anatomic and biomechanical structure,and the major stable structure of the DRUJ.
