糖尿病微血管病变患者QT离散度分析 被引量:2

ANALYSIS OF QT DISPERSION OF PATIENTS WITH DIABETIC MICROVASCULAR COMPLICATION

摘要 目的 探讨糖尿病微血管病变患者的QT离散度 (QTd)变化及其意义。方法 分析 50例糖尿病并发肾病和 [或 ]视网膜病变患者的体表 1 2导联同步心电图 ,与 52例单纯糖尿病患者及 50例正常人作对照。结果 糖尿病肾病和 [或 ]视网膜病变组的QTd显著高于其余两组 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 ①糖尿病微血管病变可能导致心肌细胞损害影响心室复极 ,从而使QTd增大。②糖尿病患者QTd增大时 ,可提示微血管病变的发生 ,即QTd可作为糖尿病微血管病变的一项参考指标。 Objective To study the changes of QT dispersion (QTd) of patients with diabetic microvascular complication and its significance. Methods The 12 lead synchronic electrocardiograms of 50 diabetic patients complicated with nephropathy or with retinopathy were analysed, and 52 cases with pure diabetes as well as another 50 normal persons were involved in the study as controls. Results The QTd in diabetic patients complicated with nephropathy or with retinopathy were obviously higher than those in the other control groups(P<0.01). Conclusion Diabetic microvasular complication may cause injury in the myocardial cell and impact the ventricular repolarization, and thus QTd is increased. The increase of QTd might indicate the occurrence of diabetic microvascular complication, and therefore QTd can be a valuable index in detecting certain diabetic microvascular complication.
