氨氯地平和依那普利对老年高血压病患者生活质量的影响

Effects of Amlodipine and Enalapril on Quality of Life in the Elderly Hypertensive Patients

目的 :评价氨氯地平和依那普利对老年高血压病患者生活质量的影响。方法 :生活质量量表编制并进行信度和效度检验 ,然后对 16 0例服用氨氯地平 (络活喜 ,Amlodipine)或依那普利 (怡那林 ,Enalapril)的老年患者进行量表自评及疗效和安全性比较。结果 :筛选和检验后形成包括躯体健康、心理健康和社会功能三个分量表共 2 2项条目的自评量表。经 16周观察 ,两组药物均明显降压 ,组间比较降压幅度、有效率及不良反应发生率无显著差异。躯体健康、心理健康和社会功能均改善。组间比较躯体健康有显著差异 ,心理健康和社会功能无显著差异。结论 :氨氯地平和依那普利对老年轻中度高血压患者均安全有效 ,两种药物对生活质量不同影响为临床医师提供了选择。

Objective: To evaluate the effects of antihypertensive drugs on quality of life (QOL) in elderly hypertensive patients. Methods: The questionnaire was formed and assessed for reliability and validity. Then QOL self-assessment was performed in 160 patients with either amlodipine or enalapril at the end of the run-in period and the trial period. Blood pressure changes and side effects were also assessed. Results: The 22-item self-administered questionnaire was developed which comprised 3 domains: physical health, mental health and social function. Blood pressure was significantly reduced in both groups. QOL were improved in both groups. Patients treated with amlodipine had better physical health domain scores than enalapril group. Conclusion: Both amlodipine and enalapril are safe and effective in elderly mild to moderate hypertensive patients. The different effects on QOL offer a choice for physicians.
