摘要
目的 研究Ⅳ型胶原酶在酒精性肝病发生发展中的动态变化。方法 通过灌胃的方法制备大鼠酒精性肝病的动物模型 ,应用流式细胞术检测Ⅳ型胶原酶在酒精性肝病中的动态变化。结果 酒精性肝病组Ⅳ型胶原酶含量明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,并且随造模时间延长其含量进行性增加。结论 在大鼠酒精性肝病发生发展中Ⅳ型胶原酶水平进行性增加 ,可能参与酒精性肝病的进展。
Purpose Alcoholic liver disease model in rats was established by gavage and flow cytometry was used to study the dynamic change of fluorescent index of matrix metalloproteinase 2 (MMP 2) and matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP 9) in the different stages of alcoholic liver disease in rats. Results By flow cytometry, the expression of MMP 2 and MMP 9 was accordingly higher in rats of model group than control group (P<0.05). The level of MMP 2 and MMP 9 increased gradually with the progress of alcoholic liver disease. Conclusion MMP 2 and MMP 9 increased with the progress of alcoholic liver disease, they might be involved in the development of alcoholic liver disease.
